Services and Fees

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic I have moved to providing only online therapy and am not offering in-person therapy at this time. Online therapy, also known as telehealth, refers to therapy done by video or phone.  I offer video sessions through Zoom and phone sessions for those who don't have internet or need extra privacy. Even though we will be working online, you can expect a safe, confidential, and consistent space for our work together.

Initial Consultation: I offer a free 50-minute consultation so that you can determine if I am the right person for you.

Methods of Payment: I accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). 

Payment is due at the time of service

 

Insurance: I do not directly accept insurance. I am happy to provide a superbill for clients who intend to claim services on their out-of-network benefits.

Individual Adults

50-minute sessions at $160 per session.

Couples Counseling

For Couples I offer a 50-minute session at $160 per session.

Some couples may benefit from or prefer more time and space per session. In this case I offer 75-minute sessions for $240 per session.

Teen/Adolescent Therapy

In my experience, I have found that working with the parents of the teen/adolescent concurrently, while working with the teen is often important for the success of the process. This often means meeting with parents and teens on a 1:1 ratio and moving towards meeting as a family for family therapy sessions. This is not always the case and that depends both on the teen and the family.

  • 25-minute sessions with younger teens at $85 per session

  • 50-minute sessions with either teen or parents at $160 per session. 

  •  75-minute sessions with parents or family sessions as deemed appropriate at $240 per session. 

Family Video Call

Family Therapy

When working with families, I may at times meet with individuals in the family, or portions of the family as a whole. This may mean that some sessions may be longer or shorter.

  • 25-minute sessions at $85 per session

  • 50-minute sessions at $160 per session

  • 75-minute sessions at $240 per session
